what is a public service announcement (psa)? what do psa's do? what makes a good psa? how can you get someone to take action after watching a psa? what is you psa idea? explain in detail.

a public service announcement is a message to inform people of an issue (ex: drunk driving, drugs, smoking, etc). a good psa flows smoothly and is fairly short. most psa's are intended to move the viewer and make them feel some sort of emotion. the psa i am currently working on is going to be over drunk driving/underage drinking.
